From farmer empowerment to renewable energy — each NAAMCOS initiative is designed to create lasting positive impact.
Each project is built on the core cooperative principle of collective action for mutual prosperity.
NAAMCOS directly sources agricultural and rural products from farmers and small-scale producers, eliminating middlemen and ensuring fair prices. Over 90 quality products are marketed under the NAAMCOS brand — benefiting both producers and consumers.
This initiative has become a model for cooperative-driven rural marketing in Southern India, removing middlemen and creating transparent value chains.
To uplift economically challenged women, NAAMCOS launched the High-Tech Poultry Development Scheme providing 20 BV-380 layer hens per unit along with modern poultry housing, feed and training support.
Each unit produces over 300 eggs per bird annually, ensuring stable income opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Surplus eggs are procured and sold as NAAMCOS Natural Eggs — 100% hormone-free. With a goal of 1,000 poultry units, this project creates income, dignity, and independence for rural women.
A new-age cooperative retail model delivering daily essentials directly to homes. Each cluster of 20 homes is served by a member-distributor with a micro-stock hub, ensuring fresh products, fast delivery, and local employment.
Products include rice, pulses, cereals, vegetables, and herbal cosmetics — all marketed under the NAAMCOS brand. This initiative blends cooperation with convenience, promoting self-employment and trust within communities.
NAAMCOS presents an innovative initiative to strengthen the dairy sector and ensure pure, chemical-free milk for every family — the Smart Cow Farm & Milk ATM Network. The project uses scientifically managed dairy farming with high-quality cow breeds, hygienic and climate-controlled housing, nutritious green fodder, regular veterinary care, and clean sustainable farm operations.
Milk ATM systems ensure fresh and pure milk availability for consumers directly within their communities.
NAAMCOS promotes chemical-free cultivation by forming 10-member farmer groups and supporting them with seeds and saplings, technical guidance and training, and subsidy linkages through NABARD and the Agriculture Department.
This year, over 5,000 tons of native turmeric seed were distributed, reviving traditional spice farming. High-quality dairy calves are also supplied to promote integrated organic farming.
NAAMCOS is diversifying into new sectors to create eco-friendly employment and income for rural communities.
NAAMCOS Green Grid is the renewable energy division of NAAMCOS Group — committed to building a clean, secure, and sustainable energy future for India.
